They have notes in default. One is 100K with over 60K of additional unpaid interest.

There's another over 130K that came due in December, and if it were adjusted to a variable rate based on the trading price, you're talking 100's of millions of shares, if not a billion.

Just the tip of the iceberg. Many more coming due this year.

When this ticker was BNOW it had an eyewatering amount of convertible debt. Doesn't look like it has changed its stripes since the reverse split 6ish months ago. A/S still 30 billion.
