Yes, it looked like a promising company, and may yet be that.

But IMO it will not go up significantly, and may even continue its slide, until they finalize (in a positive manner) their purchase of QI by QIND. At this point, they are trying to re-work the terms so that they don't default. If they do default, it will not be a pretty picture.

Personally that is what I think is holding up the S-1 "approval" by the SEC. If they can get past that hurdle, we could have a good chance of reversing this trend. Keep in mind that they had planned on a 60 day road show for QIND after S-1 approval, so QIND won't be trading until after that.

Unfortunately, it is not easy to recover from a .0057 price, as you will now have a lot of profit taking every step of the way up.
So it could be two steps forward and one step back at various levels. To get to "only" $.06, you need a 10x rise in price.
