I've seen weekly updates, but not updates before a round of dilution has even ended. For example, the OS just reported is 47,218,397, and the previous OS report was 42,968,397 (12/28/23).

So they will be diluting 4.25M shares this round. They are at 3M now, so we have another 1.25M shares to go. They may finish up tomorrow with it, as they (generally) only dilute two days in a row, although there have been a couple of times when they did three days in a row. Depends how many shares they are trying to move.

If the money is for something good- the company should tell us.
