What a bunch of bull shit.

Market makers are supremely uninterested in penny stocks like VPLM, and most trading is automated using algorithms based on demand to buy and demand to sell.

There is no naked shorting, otherwise there would be massive FTDs.

This sort of crap is posted as an apologia for (or by) crooked managements hoping to fleece their gullible but greedy marks for another decade or so.

The author knows it’s not true but hopes he can persuade the rubes to believe it.

If you ask me, it’s all a bit Rich (pun intended).
