Putz- sure hope nobody is falling for the Edison hack analyst article, lots of holes in those projections- including not factoring in NPV, and EBITDA, future revenue stream, etc.... even when discounted signifiicantly, (post financing), we can tie valuation to NPV (close to ~$4B with new FS).... remember our good buddy MaxZ and all of his 'back of napkin' projections (while he was touting the SPAC and calling us unsophisticated goons for not realizing just how beneficial the SPACwas going to be!!).... Anyway the prospect of having the stock at $7.60 (per Edison) AFTER the financing is BS and none of us would be happy with that prospect!!

So Grunt and Chico and crew...... don't modify and downgrade all of your projections to fit the Edison vapor (numbers make no sense at all) hackery..... stand firm!! for you have a solid basis for deriving your projected valuations, unlike the Edison 'pseudo' analytics! Garbage hacks....... their shit looks official but it is not based on any quantifiable data......... *****Investor Beware***

Meanwhile back in NioVille- It appears from Jim S's response to Chico that we have been in a holding pattern on the FS Update, because suprise suprise ... we don't have the funds to put the FS together. ..... because of the failed SPAC debacle, and no funds forthcoming, we seem to be at a standstill......and Jim says they are trying to raise financing now......(JUST NOW!!!!!!) even after we were led to believe in 2023 that FS update was going well and would be announced soon.... And now..... REV 10 update 12..... we ain't got the money and we hope to raise the money to finish the FS "As early as possible in 2024"....

Anyone else feel misled, dissapointed and get the impression that the investor communications here in NB-land is a 'shell game'... UGH

Hey, maybe we can wait 6-9 more months!! The goal posts are on wheels and have been moved once again!!
