On Nov 8th, 2023 the officers and directors of Yuengling Ice Cream resigned and Rick Jordan his officers and directors took control of the company.

The OTC lists YCRM as a shell. Many times it’s cheaper for a company looking to go public to buy a clean shell vs going through the expense and time doing a IPO.

As we can see from the chart the SP jumped in 9/2023 on a deal with PickleJar Holdings to reverse merge into YCRM. That deal was terminated on Nov 6th, 2023 and the SP crashed. Since then SP has been climbing.

With a market value 30-40M and run rate of 10M that’s known now the market cap is only 4M
The AS is high at 2.5B but the OS is low for a OTC stock @ 350M

In the upcoming weeks, I expect to see additional news releases and a ticker symbol change in Q1 outside Q2.
This is not a squeeze play or 5 bagger in 2 weeks stock.

I believe the potential is huge as an investment. An aspiration of the NAS is great but IMO that won’t happen for 2 perhaps more years. When it does though getting in at 1 penny could be some good profits.
