I have yet to see a presentation at the Emerging Growth Conference make a difference for a stock, just a promotional opportunity for Penny Stock companies. I wouldn't expect to learn anything new from the presentation. I have seen many try to pump up a stock because it would be presenting at the conference. Just trying to be realistic here, no earth shaking reveal will be presented there.
