Unless you have proof IMO this is the one connected to Miller. Didn't you say "Mark Miller is actually Mark Kilchesky"? If not then why has his brother "Richard" not been named and prosecuted?

Hard as it it to believe, it's possible that more than one person can have the same name --even relatively unique ones. IMO Miller used Richard's identity to perpetrate his scam, got caught, prosecuted and is currently rotting in prison. If any "official news" is ever released stating otherwise I will stand corrected.
