Some were more... passionate about it than others. Most don't like things in their cage to be moved, so if you do that when you clean, they'll immediately move them back. I did have one who was a real housekeeper. He'd race around getting things just so, while his brother would sit and watch.

He'd also arrange things when he was out of the cage. If I gave him 10 treats while he was playing on the bed, he'd line them, and make sure his brother didn't mess them up.

And they're happy to pee in a litter tray.
