Purdue made it so anyone getting generic approval had to do an expensive clinical trial to prove abuse resistant tech component. The need to do that is the reason Nasrat said everyone hit pause. He decided to go through with that trial and completed it last spring. He suspected others were doing the same about the same time. Read CC transcripts from late 2023 to catch up. Based on lawsuit we seem to have won the race to file with abuse resistent trials completed.
