Absolutely! We would have been so screwed had it not been for JD to inject major capital and eventually squeeze Andy out. Williams leads a charmed life as he left with millions between what equity he had in Medicine Man Technologies and the huge sum he got for selling his privately held dispensaries to Harvest.

I had bought in when Andy still ran the show and had promoted the intent to expand with the long list of announced acquisitions. Shame on me, as I was blind to the fact that these deals were not finalized, and Mr. Williams did not have the financing to get any deals done. As you know, once Justin Dye reviewed those dozen or so deals Andy proposed, he determined that most were not accretive and took them off the table. I recall some long-time holders were not happy with Dye, having the impression he screwed Andy. At the time, I researched Justin's history and was relived, realizing that JD was actually going to prevent us from being Andy's bagholders.
