WQLF SAYS; The document was not dated. Who was the head of the DOD and DOE when that particular document was declassified? In order to keep it a secret from the Corrupt O’Biden administration, President Trump changed the DOD leadership he and the Loyal Generals could trust in order to usher in the Continuity of Government process. Chris Miller was appointed on November 9, 2020. He would be the tie breaker needed to declassify Document #19. Therefore, the DOJ would have either have knowledge or no knowledge if that particular document was declassified. It made a Great Narrative for the fake news to spread disinformation. The PEADS and ALL the Dirt on the Deep State is what they were trying to find. Now YQU know why the Deep State criminals are trying to keep President Trump from becoming the 47th President of the United States 🇺🇸 of America.

That happened on November 9, 2020 soon after the rigged elections, and the “ We caught them All “ moment.

“ Trump administration removes senior defense officials and installs loyalists, triggering alarm at Pentagon

The flurry of changes, announced by the Department of Defense in a statement roughly 24 hours after President Donald Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper, has put officials inside the Pentagon on edge and fueled a growing sense of alarm among military and civilian officials, who are concerned about what could come next.”

“By statute, documents are classified under the Atomic Energy Act if the Department of Energy and Department of Defense agree that the document (or category) falls within the categories laid out in the Atomic Energy Act. If DOE and DOD disagree, the President can break the tie (in either direction). This means the President could in principle force documents to be declassified by directing the relevant Secretaries to declassify the documents (and firing them if they don’t comply). But critically: the process must occur for the document to be declassified. It is not “at will” declassification by the President.“
It appears that Mark Esper wasn’t willing to go along with the request of declassification of the document. It does appear that Chris Miller was the new Secretary of Defense that did side with the Commander in Chief.

WQLF SAYS ;
Did the Secretary of Energy, Dan Brouillette, who at one time was in the Bush 2 administration vote For or Against the declassification of Document 19? Being a Bush 2 cronie, I would likely bet that he voted against.
