$ELTP CHART ANALYSIS - Climbing the "mountain of accumulation" - and 200% gains since the breakout 6 months ago. If you notice the 3 spikes on the chart, then retrace, followed by a higher spike, then retrace, then a higher spike, followed by the current retrace and consolidation, you would think that another spike would be likely soon. The NEWS that will likely cause this spike will be the EARNINGS REPORT 3Q that should be out in Feb. 24. GLTA
