...and if you had asked me to say why I think, that's the exact answer I would've given...the weather...which is pretty strange when you think about certain aspects.....such as, and most ppl don't know this and won't believe it, but the phoenix area this past summer, broke almost every known heat record there is, in history. They had 31 straight days of 110° F or higher and most of those days were very much higher including 2 days in a row of 119° and a 3rd just days before I believe. Also set 1 record after another for overnight high low temps incl an all time record in that respect of I think it was 95° lowest morning temp. Many many daily hi records as well as the hottest summer all time and 1 or 2 hottest months all time. Many ppl died, probably mostly the homeless but some died in their homes with A/C problems. Hundreds and hundreds died from the heat. One more record may or may not be true but I could not find any record of anything to contradict it......and that is..... It was the hottest long term heatwave......in the world......for all time in terms of available records, most of which go back to the 1800S. Now that is brutal to say the very least. Imagine going thru that with no AC! Oh, and at the same time there was almost no rain for the period. I think it may have come in 2nd place for all time driest for the longest period. Something like 140 days straight or in that neighborhood, with no rain, officially. Does the awesome nice weather for 7 to 8 months of spring, winter and fall, make it worth it. Well, maybe but not for the poor lost lives. It's all relative...

What's the matter, don't you miss that LAKE EFFECT SNOW MACHINE?
