Thanks Chico for reposting this information-chocked chronology of events..... After reading thru the Q&A with Jim, let me make sure i understand this correctly:
Referencing your Jan 3, '24 question to Jim- (where you ask him " if NioCorp might benefit from a possible DoD partial 2024 Feasability Study funding option for critical minerals production once the 2024 NDAA is signed"??

Jim Responds by saying - " It would take too long to wait for government funding from this new initiative specific to the costs of updating our Feasability Study. We are working on raising funds to complete that work now".

Are we NOW to believe, based on Jim's response, that we are JUST NOW getting around to scraping up financing for the FS update??? If i understand this correctly, I am GUT PUNCH APPALLED!!! After all the talk about the FS update being published in 2023, we just NOW (6-8 MONTHS AFTER WE WERE LED TO BELIEVE THE FS WOULD BE PUBLISHED)- WE DISCOVER THAT BECAUSE OF THE SPAC DEBACLE FAIL, WE DO NOT EVEN HAVE ENOUGH FUNDING TO COMPLETE THE FS UPDATE - YOU HAVE TO BE F'G KIDDING ME!!

Please confirm that i am in fact reading this right and that Mr. Jim Simms did in fact, just let that cat out of the bag.... and all that MB dialogue about when the FS would be released (for the last 6 months) was ALL FOR NOT, Because NIO didn't even have sufficient capital to complete the FS anyway!!! Please tell me I am confused and am not understanding his comments correctly..... If so, This is utterly AMAZING, and the lack of transparency regarding status on milestones is pathetic!! If it has taken this long to get here..... what are the chances (if the mine ever does get into construction) that they can get it built in 3 years??? at their pace, it will probably take close to 8-10 years to build the mine.....
