Draw names from a hat of all registered voters and the two from each State become Senators from those States tge House same method. No elections and each American has the opportunity to help its own Country with common sense, instead of payoffs. All serve minimum of four years maximum of 6 years. Get paid exactly what our front line military soldiers are paid with same salary benefits. They serve only American interests. No donations, no debates, no sick advertising no bribes it all goes away. If someone cannot make it due to family of sickness issues another name is drawn for that replacement in that State.
