Of course "they've gotten" to Allbright. I reported/posted here months ago about how the judicial system put a stop to his habit of taking ALL the patent cases in his district, for whatever his reasons (who knows what lurks in the minds of men). He was admonished for that and had to cease and desist. (maybe not in a true legal sense but I've always wanted to say cease and desist...). Not only that but a read back of this board (and what an excellent read it is...) would reveal that every single time claims of this that and the other in terms of greatness or fastest or fairest or smartest....have been thrown around, invariably, it's always nothing more than the same level of bs that vplm has thrown around for 20 yrs. It goes with the OTC territory.
