Your the only one clueless. Unless there is proof an existing ceo or shareholder was intentionally facilitating or participating in fraudulent or other illegal conduct there is no case for anything. And even if it was proven, that person and their shares would be affected (dealt with directly) and it would NOT affect the public entity in this case BLLB.
