...TO ME...the next tangible, real news will be money in our uwbi brokerage accounts...........although the clarification on the Sonterra cross appeals will be made public.................but if there is a pre-packaged settlement on Sonterra, this will finish the UWB Receiver's recoveries, which in turn should terminate the receiver.....
....back in 2014 when we shut down a failed bank................we sent out the final payments on all accounts, on the FDIC's terms...........money sent.......about 15 or 20 accounts..................and the RECEIVER and holdco BK closed a month or two later.........................I think our nightmare follows the same path.............
....in 2 months or so, on Sonterra, cross appeals decisions are out and the settlements follow, secret or open, and .........MOTHER------------F**K---ing-----------MOUSE CLICKS on uwbi, by the paying agent who has strict instructions from the FDIC on all distributions.............imo.................
