His lack of attentiveness to timely SEC filing did result in the QTMM delisting no doubt! That being said the company was well on its way to reporting but the SEC standard 180 filing demand letter was not sufficient for the company to comply with.

Bullshit. He never had any intention of filing honestly and incriminating himself in this fraudulent enterprise. All he had to do was show up at the hearing and testify. Instead he offered to delist rather than testify under oath.

I believe the technology will be purchased or we will eventually see a merger but I believe we as investors will see our investments recovered. Read into the posts here as you will but don't take one persons opinion!

Bullshit. If the technology was functional he could have produced dots for the display industry where quantum dots are already in heavy use. Instead they use a batch method. QMC has no functional technology whatsoever.

The company will once again be up listing IMO!
