Don't you even know that a 2 bill share float can easily go to silver, we've all seen it happen and sold too early, only to see it as an afterthought. Hello ? More and better reason reasons for this patent than serious trash that I watched make it to .25 with a 2 bill float. You can't be too serious about the dilution story if you put all into perspective.
