Different types of containers can be used, including 40-foot-long boxes and 40-foot-wide containers. The typical cargo ship has a capacity of 2,000 containers per deck. Therefore, if a container is 40 feet long and 20 feet wide, it would fit on the cargo ship's deck.
40' container can hold up to 61,000 pounds, so we're looking at a couple ships full of containers. Seems very realistic to me and China's market loves their chicken feet.
