As proven before, Miller is currently in Federal prison till June. He and his cohorts all plead guilty to single CRIMINAL counts. By doing so they aren't going to be prosecuted CRIMINALLY again. The SEC "civil suit" is to further penalize them financially and likely claw back more of what they stole. Whether other actors

Since this ticker was illegally ''hijacked'' by Miller et al it's safe to assume BLLB and their investors were victims. Apparently ownership/ control has been restored to someone other than these 3 clowns. That doesn't mean other self serving bad actors are still involved. This is, after all, still the "stinky pinky" swamp.
