As someone who hasn't lost money here and only owns relatively a very small amount of shares compared to a lot of long bag holders here., I still am very surprised that they haven't banded together and filed suits against the company and CEO individually in for not else failure to full fill his Fiduciary duties.

If for nothing else then to protect their rights to the technology if they truly feel it might be going out the back door.

A word of advice

If I was a million to multi million shareholder, I would make a connection to other million to multi-million shareholders and together send a jointly signed letter to the CEO demanding an update or face legal consequences.

Heck one little day did that in her Father memory and that worked out very well for her.
