$NLST Some complain about litigation burn, but it's a worthwhile investment and the blood running through Netlist's veins currently. I think one of the greatest decisions Chuck made, for which he doesn’t get enough credit, was to go all in on litigation—hire the best no mater the cost and put everything behind it—he knew that’s what it would take, and removing the board was an obvious move also… so he can make quick vital decisions on all the constantly moving parts of litigation… it’s fluid and he needs to be as well.

It is the only reason Netlist is not only still in the fight, but winning it at almost every significant step. Best move Chuck could have made... the infringers never counted on this, and when faced with Sheasby, they thought they can overburden him, but so many other big guns from Irell & Manella have joined the fight on numerous fronts... infringers will have to win on substance, yet they have none behind their defense.
