Do your research on uplistings and see that they have to MAINTAIN A MINIMUM GIVEN SHARE PRICE for a long enough time period before they will even be allowed to file. Total farce is this FOODYTV BS. Newbies please don't chase the crazy valuations! These junk OTC stocks love to claim uplisting and usually just dump a bunch of shares. With a reverse split you gain NOTHING. The price multiplies times whatever their number is and the share quantity DEVIDES by the same. Example: Say you have 100 shares at .0006 for a total value of $0.06 and they do a 100:1 reverse split, Your share price goes to $0.06 but your share count goes to 1 for a total value of STILL $0.06.
