my guess is that is will be dictated more by when they get FDA approval for the new version... looking at the Align info OMO posted they ramped up raising capital and staffing very quickly after they were cleared. I think they are checking all the boxes that can be checked prior to approval but I'm guessing the PR campaign and uplisting would be after FDA.... just my thoughts.
