I'm still not thrilled with having a net loss of 7% A YEAR on any monies that may return to us.....................Since it way OFFSETS our supposed gain of 5.5% in interest annually.
SO in short waiting is NOT A GAINING position to be in at allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll but a losing position
