Well, at this price, 80MM shares isn't nearly what it used to be.
Looking back, I bought some in 2020, '21, and '22. With only one positive result.
Not factoring in dividends I've lost over $23k here on 3200 shares. Not my greatest achievement.
The more often I buy REITS, the more often I get burnt by them. Thankfully, I've avoided all those "opportunities" I've been offered to buy private REITS.
This one seemed to make sense to me.
