Let us see if "higher level" courts speak to the Colorado Court determination of an insurrection as a fact ? I bet SCOTUS will either

1. Leave everything to states (which is the core belief of Conservative Judges and the Constitutional election instruction - but no one I have heard says this is the end result - and not sure it is correct - but it is in line with the approach to abortion and such)

2. Not be able to resist commenting on the FACTS or ruling on the FACTS

SCOTUS has been more political than judicial since the days of FDR or even before
