I think we will see some news soon that should shed some light, until then there will be some nervous sellers and that's the just the markets when you get this kind of news.
I recall owing a stock that kept promising, always put out positive news and kept getting hammered. It went as low as a dollar, I told a buddy about it and he bought some shares. It went to $4 and he sold. He made a nice profit, didn't even buy me a coffee but gave me advice to get out. Less than a year later it was bought out for 10 times they amount he sold at. I did not take his advice.

By the way it took over 10 years before I was rewarded very, very, very, very nicely.

He told me later he sold cause it made him very nervous holding a stock going from $1 to $4.
