Ask Seamus Hughes bout dat

--I've asked before but it would be oh so sweet and lovely if you would actually provide any sort of link where Hughes considers these clowns to constitute some sort terrorist conspiracy.

Take the Tiger Trout ordeal. The bank record shows $121k was stolen of which appears to show Mark Miller pocketed $10k and later re-deposited/ laundered $5k (plus $3k from "R Kilchesky") of which $5k was withdrawn the same day. https://www.securitieslawyer101.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/bank.pdf In the grand scheme of international money laundering it seems these goobers were doing the equivalent of stealing investors lunch money. Proof? CNBC reported: "As part of his plea, Miller agreed to forfeit a whopping, eye bleeding $38,000 in ill-gotten proceeds."

The timing of all of this appears to correspond with the crackdown on penny stock abuses. Regulators wanted to send a message that such frauds --especially toxic "death spiral" financing, shell hijacking etc-- will no longer be tolerated. They lowered the boom and made sure it got lots of press in main stream media like CNBC

Miller and Rajkaran copped pleas and went to prison. Jaberian plead guilty and was sentenced to 2 years probation. Miller (and I presume the rest) is "buying, selling or trading stocks." https://www.cnbc.com/2023/05/18/shell-company-stock-hijacker-sentenced-to-year-in-prison-.html All "Three Stooges" still face an SEC civil suit which will likely destroy further them financially and well and truly end their penny scamming.

Again... "Miller agreed to forfeit $38,000 in ill-gotten proceeds."

U 'k wit dat bro? :~)
