What a Fraud! Again trying to mislead with misinformation.

There were never any abatement issued, they may have been agreed to once conditions were met and those agreements if they have an expiration date could easily be renegotiated, but no abatements are active until they meet the following.

For property tax, if bonds are issued the abatement shall start on the date the bonds are issued to finance the cost of the private use property; else, the abatement shall start on the date the project is placed in service or such date as specified in the abatement agreement.

For sale tax abatements you have to sell something first.

BTW I do believe they are STATE Bonds not COUNTY Bonds..I am sure the Coffee County attorney is not in that loop.
