Guys it will be very interesting to see where we stand with ESHA SPAC recap at the end of year. These little recaps combined will bring a few bucks and ESHA will also bring a few bucks making us probably worth 20 dollars a share by year end. 2025 we will be absorbed by Astra. Astra will just take everything. I don’t believe our deal is simply being acquired. Nothing more nothing less. Every deal going forward is simply delaying the inevitable. Sadly market will most likely suck big time this year as I expected and eluded to in the past. Giving Teper credit, he did lay it out in the last deck with Isleworth. The only thing that bothers me, is why these fuckers feel they have to lie. I don’t see how it helps them. I might be a naive idiot here but I just don’t see the benefit. Why stir the pot. It does nothing for me and nor does it make me want to sell or whatever. You are an idiot if you sell. I think Teper did mention that he was interested in this “woke” INVO’s agenda / tech, which is a joke at best but to me, but I guess it showed at the time that he wasn’t really interested in the listing at the time and that he would prefer to absorb and recap. So that’s fine but c’mon buddy, just say we’re doing a recap. I guess once a scum bag always a scum bag. Seriously, what a piece of trash. We have been in this for so long. Who gives a fuck if we don’t list. I sure don’t care. At this stage we’re not trying to get past the active business holding period. The market is frozen and it won’t be de-thawing anytime soon. Hopefully they get this one deal closed up, terminate, deregister and move on to Satellos Bioscience. I guess we all have to wait until escrow for them is freed up. That’s my thought. This way they can do the recap deal. So I can only assume that we are waiting until that 36 month deadline and then from there we can do the next deal. Pretty simple. I forget that date but I think it’s in March or just after. That should take us out another 4 months into July which is when we’ll see ESHA come in to light. They’ve given themselves up to end of June to do their deal. At that point they will stretch everything out like the last Isleworth deal. By that point, I could give two shits what happens as I’m going to be so pumped up for Trump and his new reign. The next five years are going to be so much fun for me. Oh man people, I’m so excited. I’m going to sit back enjoy the rest of this year’s slow burn, global warming’s hottest hell summer ever reported and soon after get to see everyone go absolutley crazy anticipating their impending doom.
