I think the 144 Mill. float is MORE accurate from my research....BUT... she "moves" like a tiny float scalded dog...
...and THAT is due to the Institutional HOLDERS who are "sitting on shares and have soaked them UP.
Check the holders - Morgan Stanley sitting on 80 MILLION alone !!!

ALL HOLDERS listed ads up to 147,056,000 shares so...If THEY aren't batting THOSE shares around and trading them....This tradable float...is TINY!!!
