As for the Cold Boxes:
We have know all of this for more than a year !
The Cold Boxes are a Long, Lead-Time purchase, so PLUG bought 2 units. One for Georgia and one for Texas.

Now that Texas is in Limbo, the second unit might stay in Georgia.

How do I know all this stuff ?
