I wonder if they changed transfer agents and they are better at updating OTC on the count. I would need to look back through their filings to see.

It is also interesting that they are doing it as small pushes through the transfer agent, instead of a large offering through a wholesaler. Small amounts at a time are better, and it won't crash as fast.
