That's where SPP, most likely, got the 5KW number from (new Vietnam factory test batch).
Except, SPP made a mistake using the verbiage "up to 5MW" in its PROMO tweet on June 8, 2023 (before the 8-K was released on June 13, 2023 saying the deal wasn't effective until June 13, 2023 after it was tweeted and press release hit on June 8, 2023. LOL
Then Sun Pacific Power started promoting those same panels on twitter on March 6, 2023 when the whole SPP community was thinking PT.IDN solar tech was making a Sun Pacific Power brand and labeled solar panel as of late winter 2022 (see tweets) and
These shipments are, most likely, representing that same GEP test batch (new Vietnam factory) that had to get to the U.S. to avoid any export issues and the DPA being in place from July 2022.
Axitec, LLC obviously didn't want those solar panels, from GEP new Vietnam factory's test batch, so they went to the next one that raised its hand (needing PR badly no that the community might be expecting PT.IDN solar tech's brand of SPP panel to be made after 15 months or so)
These panels have not been purchased by SPP for obvious reasons (read the financials).
SPP has not sniffed a single solar panel sale in 6 years
SPP was supposed to have sales teams in Florida and Texas ready to "sell out" as of March/April 2023? LOL
SPP was supposed to have installer teams in ready in 27 states to do "up to" 200 solar panel roof installs as of March/April 2023? LOL
SPP was supposed to have solar products sales training as of April1, 2023 funded by the ceo's real estate company? LOL

IT'S INCONCEIVABLE TO THINK SPP HAD $1 OF SOLAR PRODUCTS SALES AS OF THE END OF Q4 ON DECEMBER 29, 2023.
THIS "SITE VISIT" PROMO WILL BE MILKED TO THE BONE, LIKE OTHER ANNUAL PROMOS, ALL THE WAY UNTIL 10K IS DUE OUT IN MID APRIL 2024. WIZARD DOES THE SAME MEGA PROMOS EVERY YEAR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE LONGER WINDOW BETWEEN FILINGS IN MID NOVEMBER AND MID APRIL AND NO Q4 DUE 45 DAYS AFTER DECEMBER 31ST END DATE AS WITH Q1, Q2 and Q3.
Kazi only comes out of retirement for educated and respectful posters, not for pump and dump-ers, looking to line their pockets with uninformed newbies' money.
