Happy New Year Jayman. Yep 4B shares being offered.

Haven't gone over the whole filing yet, but no offering price has been stated yet (as far as I can tell).

And I don't know how many shares Frank will control, but you can bet your bottom dollar that he will get a bunch of shares at the minimum offering price and then will turn around and sell them ASAP on the first pump that might occur.

What a shithead he is! (jmho)
