Can someone help me understand what the YCRM share exchange agreement means in terms of potential outstanding share dilution? It looks like the newly created Preferred C shares are convertible to 87.5% of outstanding shares. Trillium Partners with series D convertible into 10% and Everette Dickson series D convertible to 2.5% of outstanding shares. Does this mean that at some point if/when they are executed, the YCRM outstanding float will double? Not sure what this meant in the 1.01 section of the Nov 10 8k. Thanks in advance for any clarification on this!
