in that earnings report was that income in cash -- or paper machinations (Deferred Tax reversal or ?)

I ask as I still search - for someone to clearly note ------ where is the CASH the GOV put in --- if we kept making (real cash) profit and paid all dividend with such profit/cash --- leaving behind any cash the GOV put in ?
