Owning about 10% of the company they must know more than you and i about what is going on in the company.

They do indeed know more then you and I ... But they have no more idea about the Phase III results then you and I do.... As insiders they are scrutinized by the SEC very very close... case in point a few years ago Martha Stewart got a call about a stock she owned and then sold some... stock came out with a bad quarterly report and Stewart spent 18 months in jail... This being a FDA possible approval where stocks can jump by the millions of dollars depending on how many shares any given person owns.. SEC keeps a very close eye on them....

I stand by the Short selling report I posted...the drop from November to December was because of panic selling on the push back of Phase III results as well as over 2 million shares being shorted in a two week span... This will now bounce back and forth between up a few percent to down a few percent until the results or any other major news is reported by the company
