Breezy Point man sentenced to 1 year in federal prison for stock scheme
Mark Miller, 45, and a former Breezy Point City Council member, was sentenced Thursday to a year and a day in federal prison for one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud.... First of all, May 21, 2023 was a Sunday which means Miller was sentenced on Thursday 5/18/2023.

If Miller's Release Date is 06/13/2024 --and he is to serve a year and a day-- that means he was jailed on 6/12/2023 (possibly getting out a day early because this is a Leap Year).

The US DOJ also confirmed "On October 14, 2021, co-defendant Mark Allen Miller, 44, of Breezy Point..." It's now over 2 years, 2 month and 18 days since then which makes Miller 46 as currently confirmed by the Bureau of Prisons and NOT 47 which your sources cite as being the age of Paul Allen Kilchesky. IMO Miller used Kilchesky's name and identity to commit his crimes. If one of the Kilchesky brothers was indeed a convicted sex offender then using his name and social security apparently constituted yet another crime. But I find no evidence that he or any other Kilchesky was involved which makes sense since neither was ever identified by name. It's also beyond ludicrous that the Federal Government would be so stupid as to prosecute, convict and imprison someone without knowing their real identity. If so that means once Miller is released he can just go back to using his ''real name'' of Kilchesky with no criminal record to haunt him, correct?
