If I had to guess it's because

1) he will soon have access to a lot of capital. He has always been living on the edge. And the dividends is a big deal for him too.
2) A big partner that we signed up with recently which is probably best not to disclose
3) He is a big fan of food carts IMO. And he must also be excited about the 5 projects in Africa.
