Can’t make this up. Seems that someone on ST has finally hired a lawyer to investigate the company in Mexico. The lawyer asked the client if he/she could help find the RFC number as there seems to be no such company registered to do business in Mexico. In Mexico an “RFC” number is equivalent of a “TIN” number ( federal corporate tax id no.). For those who forgot……remember the last auditor fired by the company? A reliable source ( former whale shareholder )PM’d me awhile ago that the real reason James Gilbert fired the auditor was they (AABB) wouldn’t provide any articles of incorporation in Mexico to the the auditor after repeated requests from the auditor . Gilbert then released the PR blaming investors for “pestering “ the auditor thus causing the company to sever the arrangement with auditor. Funny how the whole board was replaced without a shareholder vote shortly after. Convenient that all the new board members seemed to have Mexican citizenship . This is starting to get interesting.
