First off, I am talking about COMMERCIAL production. I am not playing word games (like many on this board) that want to say that an ounce of spider-ish silk is "production".

Second, there isn't one recent PR that confirms COMMERCIAL production is underway (and I am NOT talking about forward-looking BS statements or word play).

Third, the recent PRs have discussing running a few "early" two-strain hybrid field tests recently, and they are now hoping to run field trials in the Spring. Tests and trials come way before any sort of production.
