This is incorrect on a number of items.

The plaintiff attorneys screwed up massively. They only pursued for monetary damages and did not properly calculate it at the onset. Only possibility is for shareholders that have standing and are not part of the class to file separately. Otherwise if you are part of the class and opted in you don't have any right to sue in this matter.
"The Gov has acknowledged this by not appealing the jury verdict."
They did not acknowledge anything. They can't appeal until the judgment is final.
"Bottom line, the Conservatorship of the GSEs controlled by the SPSPA is over."
The monetary judgment changed nothing about the spspa.
