Curious question, what forces a company that is in a liquidation process to give up their intangible assets . Why would a company that has no future just arbitrarily give up the Holy Grail . That’s what we need to understand. Why couldn’t the patent owners just sell the process to the highest bidder . What happens to all the previous licenses that were already executed prior to liquidation ? Why can’t they eventually catch up on their Sec filings , so many questions that most want answers too . I never claimed to know how it all transpired, but I can guarantee there are plenty of people who are checking into everything to understand the process.
