you guys still dont understand the difference here. A/S increased usually due to Acquisition. restricted then. they are growing, they have revenue and cash on hands. i already sent an email to company when i get response i will share. stop B/S comment when you have no idea what is going on. they can not fuck around with body of government when they have contract in place with them. they can not go to Expert market too. This is a Government contract.
