Enough courts have already ruled that orangedonshittypants committed insurrection and assisted the people thereof.

All he has left is delay tactics. Anything possible no matter how false to make the courts hold off and force them to read.

But it looks like the scrotus has no choice any more and may act this coming week. Justice thomas will not recuse himself, nor will kavindrunk.

Law abiding normal people do not believe the scrotus will rule in ODSP's favor this time. But we don't have normal people as judges on this scrotus court.
If they don't want this hot potato they may make some bullshit ruling to lay all on the states.
In which case we see some quick state domino effects possibly.

And even the few states that have repulsecan control who have tried to protect orangefatface in turning down the lawsuits are all seeing appeals now.
